You keep hearing X number of people are killed with ("by" in left speak) guns every year so the question is
What % of these people killed were engaged in some sort of criminal activity, career or other wise, at the time of being shot?

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

I'm sure that could be pulled out of the stats, but they'll never do it.

How about these facts:
Fatal child abuse or neglect is the fatal physical injury or negligent treatment of a child by a person who is responsible for the child’s welfare. It is reported that more than 2,000 children in the U.S. die of child abuse and neglect each year, and the actual number of abuse and neglect deaths is estimated to be much higher than that reported by vital statistics data.

And yet anybody can have a child.
