Funny that they think that such an action will go anywhere towards stopping gun violence.

Add another
Enterprise Holdings Inc., which is the parent company of Enterprise, Alamo, and National Car Rental, said Thursday the discount program for NRA members would end, starting March 26.

Right after that someone chimes in with the tried and true “when the second amendment was written everyone had muskets. Guns have changed so the laws need to change” I made a comment about repeating arms existing before the 2A and that here they were exercising their 1A on a technology that wasn’t dreamed of when it was written.

There have been replies but I haven’t bothered going back to read them.

That's like the Nelson County Overwatch Facebook page that Joe likes to post on. It's full of uninformed idiots that I would rather not engage with.

It doesnt reference the type of firearms at all. Thats the big bullshit of even engaging these assholes. First of all it is written as our lands defining rules amd I don't need to debate. 2nd it doesn't define type and even if it did, it would let you have all as it is meant to be an equalizer for citizens vs tyrannical government. 3rd tell them eat a dick from their uncle Jack.

The announcements by MetLife and Symantec mean four companies have cut ties with the NRA this week. On Thursday, First National Bank of Omaha and Enterprise Rent-A-Car cut ties with the NRA as well. The First National Bank of Omaha announced that it would no longer offer NRA Visa Cards and Enterprise Rent-A-Car announced it would no longer offer discounts to NRA members.

Guess I'll sever my ties with them.

They suck as an auto insurance company any ways.

United is notifying the NRA that we will no longer offer a discounted rate to their annual meeting and we are asking that the NRA remove our information from their website.

Delta is reaching out to the NRA to let them know we will be ending their contract for discounted rates through our group travel program. We will be requesting that the NRA remove our information from their website.

Thinking chances of a ban
Bump Stocks/Bi-Triggers: 100% chance. (I believe they were already headed that way anyway)
Guns with "assault" rifle like features: 40-50% , 90-100% if there's another shooting any time soon. Seeing too many Rs coming out for a ban already.
>10rd mags: 50%, 100% if again there's another shooting.

Wouldn't be surprise to see places like CA,MA, & NY move to ban all semi autos

Calls to end immunity for gun companies. In other words open them up to a lawsuit every time someone misuses a gun.
Every gun company would probably be shutdown within 5 mins of something like that being passed.
This is the anit's Holy Grail of wanted gun laws
