Jack Ass
A man who clearly was no Trump fan started screaming “LOCK HIM UP!” over and over again when a robot portraying President Trump at the Hall of Presidents attraction began “speaking” with the recorded voice of the real President Trump.

No one locked up Robot Trump. And although no Robot Secret Service Agents were around, actor and comedian Jay Malsky was apprehended by security staff members and escorted out of the attraction when he wouldn’t stop screaming.

Other audience members, presumably including children and their parents trying to enjoy their holiday vacations, had tried to get Malsky to stop ruining the performance for them, but to no avail.
Malsky’s response was the best part of all. In a statement to TheWrap, he said people should “check their privilege” if they are upset by his antics.

“Anyone that’s upset I disrupted a family vacation can check their privilege and consider getting mad about the thousands of children being taken away from their parents because of Trump’s racist immigration policies, or the families of the hundreds of trans Americans murdered each year by transphobic and homophobic people, or the negative impacts of the tax bill on poor and middle-income Americans,” Malsky said.
Disney World's Trump robot target of screaming rant. Is there any place that's safe from leftist insanity?

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Police are investigating the apparent electrocution of two people early Friday at a Detroit Public Lighting Authority building, Fox 2 reported on Saturday.

A worker reportedly told Fox 2 he found the bodies just after 6:30 a.m. when he went to the substation to investigate a power outage. The pair are suspected of breaking in the front door of the substation, and, according to Fox 2, they were in the process of stealing copper wiring when they were electrocuted.

Police confirmed to the news organization that two men pried open the front door of a Public Lighting substation, and once inside made contact with 24,000 volts of electricity.

According to the police, the electricity caused their bodies to be fused together, and they were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not yet given the names of the men.

The substation is located on the city's east side.

Apparently it takes 24kv to weld flesh. I had no idea that someone could weld that. Maybe hospitals should look at this for wound repair.

. Another idea would be to allow residents to replace their state income tax payments with tax-deductible charitable contributions to their state governments.
Some proposals are more complex. Kirk Stark, a law professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, has suggested that states encourage residents to donate money to their state governments, then let the governments credit those donations against their state income taxes. Such donations would qualify as charitable donations, which are still fully deductible on federal taxes.
Sooo, they want you to start thinking of the state as a tax deductible charity.
You can start holding your breath on that happening right now

Disney’s fairytale princes are sexual predators, according to a Japanese gender studies and sociology professor.

Kazue Muta, an Osaka University professor and author of “Sir, That Love is Sexual Harassment!” a book on workplace sexual harassment, argued in December that princes from “Snow White” and “Sleeping Beauty” portray “quasi-compulsive obscene sexual acts on an unconscious partner.”

In other words, the feminist academic activist argues such fairytales allow sexual violence.

Heard the story about Amazon being undercharged (I believe the avg was pegged at $1.50 per package) by the USPS and thus losing more billions? But that's okay the tax payers will cover it.
Well, it gets worse, Apparently we are also subsidizing shipment costs from China.

The Postal Service is losing millions a year to help you buy cheap stuff from China

IIRC the USPS has lost 65 billion in the last 10 years. That's BILLION.

Scientists Analyze the Carbon Footprints of Our Beloved Superheroes
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/cortneyob ... s-n2429513
We all have our favorite superheroes. Mine happens to be Spider-Man. Like anyone who shares an admiration for those guys and gals in capes, I was a bit bummed to read Sarah Kaplan's latest piece in The Washington Post that exposed one major vice common among these heroes. They are apparently contributing to global warming.

Kaplan was reporting on Miles Traer's research at the annual American Geophysical Union meeting, held this year in New Orleans. In his analysis, Traer discovered that the nine most famous comic book superheroes use way too many fossil fuels in their quest for good.

"Traer and two colleagues have calculated the carbon footprints for nine heroes from the comic book canon - and realized that Earth might be better off if those nine stopped trying to save it," Kaplan shared.

Take the Flash, for example.

"To run at the speed of light, the Flash would need to consume 59,863,610,416 calories per second - the equivalent of a 12-foot-tall hamburger every week. That adds up to nearly 90 million pounds of carbon dioxide per year. Meanwhile, flying alone would require Batman to burn the fossil fuel equivalent of 344 plane rides from New York to San Francisco."

Traer and his team did offer solutions to the caped heroes. The Flash can go vegetarian, they suggest.

They actually took time to calculate this. Not my idea of productivity, but hey I'm not a scientist.

At least one superhero appeared to gain the scientists' praise. Superman should be commended for using solar energy, Traer concluded. But, during the day Clark Kent wasted paper working as a journalist in print media.
