Mississippi daycare workers were fired for frightening little children with a Halloween mask.
They are all much scarier looking without the mask

Can't make this shit up
With the midterm elections rapidly receding into the rearview mirror, the 2023 Chicago mayoral election is looming in the distance, with nine candidates looking to unseat first-term Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Feb. 28.

“I do not believe Mayor Lightfoot is even going to make it in the runoff,” candidate Willie Wilson predicted to Fox 32.

But she has a plan. Give public school students extra credit if they help Lightfood in the election
BREAKING: Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s reelection campaign sent an email to Chicago Public Schools teachers Wednesday asking them to encourage their students to volunteer to help Lightfoot win a second term as mayor – and earn class credit. @wttw https://t.co/TGNjlIR7Cq

— Heather Cherone (@HeatherCherone) January 11, 2023
The email says participants in the “externship program” would be expected to contribute 12 hours per week to the Lightfoot campaign and students could earn “class credit.”

“We’re simply looking for enthusiastic, curious and hard-working young people eager to help Mayor Lightfoot win this spring,” according to an email obtained by WTTW News.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Shit, you can get used Webber kettles for $100 on FB Marketplace. Of course I wish I’d have known that before I dropped $300 on a brand new Master Touch…lol. But it beats the hell out of my old propane grill.

Pitboss with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi controller. During my 10 hr smoke I only went out to the smoker once & that was when it reached internal temp of 165. Wrapped it in foil, cranked the temp up until it reached 205.
I don’t have time or patience for a stick smoker I have to babysit all day now. Can monitor my pellet smoker from anywhere on my phone.

If you got a classic Weber kettle grill you do have a smoker. Google "The Charcoal Snake Method". Weber's roll serious smoke this way.

I have this one......Dad bought a pellet smoker not knowing what he was getting into. I dont remember what kind and truthfully i dont think he has used it much and i could probably snag it from him for cheap. But when he bought it, he gave me his "old Weber". Which is this beast.

Most times when I run the smoker I’ll throw on as much as I can. Butts, brisket, chicken or turkey. After sliced or shredded I’ll vacuum seal & freeze. Thawed it will taste just about as good as the day you cooked it.

It's got a smoker box. There's somewhere you can put wood chips or chunks and they will smolder. This is good!
