Exactly....the first comment by the spokesman or whatever was..."we cant arrest our way out of this". That pretty much sums it up as we will all hold hands and sing Kumbaya.

IMO bullets work better than handcuffs anyway. If they quit letting scum back onto the streets and instead put them in the ground we would be good to go.
