Dude is lucky to be alive. Pretty sure his actions with a toy gun are still considered some sort of crime, i just cannot remember where I read the statute. It was not the Menacing statute, but something else.

I'm seriously surprised he didn't get shot. His actions were the very basis of threatening and easily within purview of a righteous shoot. His guardian angel was with him that day (the CCW guy, not the dumbass pulling the "prank").
