Worst Case Senario
Say Hitlary Clintorus gets elected and she gets her way and a new AWB and high capacity magazine ban goes into effect but the kicker is, we get the Australian firearms ban, where you HAVE to turn what you have in or face prosecution.
I myself hope that if this happens each state governor will say FU HRC! and use the states decision to keep what we have.
What will you do if this daughter of satan gets her way?

Re: Worst Case Senario
We've already seen states that have enacted AW registration have extremely low compliance to the new laws.

Yep. Good luck bitch. Just cause it's on paper doesn't mean we have to do anything, she has already proven that laws are optional.ssracer wrote:We've already seen states that have enacted AW registration have extremely low compliance to the new laws.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

If 100 million people join the "club" what are they gonna do? It goes back to the questions we have asked our LEO and military before......"Would you follow orders to confiscate or would you stand up for what is right and risk your livelihood?"WLJ wrote:For her and the rest of the elitesRem700 wrote:Yep. I was referring from their prospective. And it would also appear from the prospective of a very large segment of the media and electorate

Since there is no "registry" they won't be knocking on my door asking for any guns. Cause IF I had any guns I wouldn't turn then over in good faith.

I plead the fifth. If we still have that.

I have a feeling that "IF" this were to happen, Bevin would stand in our favor and tell the Feds that Kentucky will not recognize the new laws and lots of others in RED states would as well.

Not going to give up my right's under the 2nd number one. Number two not going to give up my god given right's to self defense. Even if they repeal the 2nd I will still not comply under my god given right's to self defense.

If they don't, I'll fill them in.bigelowe wrote:I had a terrible boating accident, you know the rest of the story.
A few weeks back, I was out on Nolin with some friends on their boat cleaning our guns and sorting our ammo, minding our own business. Just by coincidence, bigelowe and his friends and family were out on a pontoon doing the exact same thing a few feet away when this drunken prick in a speed boat came flying around the bend and slammed into both boats. All of our guns, ammo and boats sunk to the bottom. The only thing left floating were the coolers.
It was a sad, sad day.

I had stored all my guns on the S.S. Minnow. Last time I saw that boat it was leaving for a three hour tour.

Re: Worst Case Senario
Good post, and it is important to make up your mind now, as to what you will or won't comply with.
I still remember glock 21 magazines selling at $150 on ebay, after the 1994 ban. Lets just say I didnt own any type of weapons you had to register in CT at the time, and CT's assault weapon ban was stricter than the Federal ban, it was passed at basically the same time, and never sunsetted. We still had Sandy Hook massacre.
The sentiment and words spoken at rallys etc., is, was, unjust laws are not law at all, in the Spirit of 1776 I agree wholeheartedly, and have always acted accordingly.
My greatest hope is my fellow Kentuckians won't move away, because Kentucky is not lost to the communists yet, in fact I looked at a lot of States before moving from CT., Kentucky is about as good as it gets for our Second ammendment. And like him or not Bevin has allready spoke fightin words to the Feds about any meddling of our freedoms here in KY. That and the fact that many jurisdictions have a Sheriff, is huge. A Sheriff is not in the Feds back pocket, and is free to oppose any jurisdiction the Feds may claim, provided he has the balls, and just as important, the local men behind him, to back him up. Texas ain't got much on Kentucky, and in many ways KY is much better than Tx.
We are lucky, Australians were blind sided, I'll bet if they knew what they know now, there would be hell to pay when they came for the guns. Me, I aint movin, my line in the sand is drawn, the only difference things will make to me, my family and the country, is if I am of the few or the many.

Re: Worst Case Senario
You are correct, from a 2A standpoint, KY is better than Texas in many ways. It is my home, though, and I made the choice to come home, and do not regret it.
I also agree with your statements regarding the Sheriffs. The sentiment about a Sheriff with some nads and the local manpower to support him is very valid.
Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.
