It's over the rainbow on top of a dead witch, a girl named Dorothy took it. She was last seen with a annoying dog, a brainless scarecrow, a heartless Tin Man, and a witless lion. All were last seen headed down a Yellowbrick road with flying monkeys led by a pissed off witch, reported to be the sister of the dead witch, in pursuit. She is also reported to have stolen the shoes of the dead witch. Also several short people has called in to report she owes them money.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.
