The person to thank is shawnmoore81. Not only did he stand up for his rights even when he was being threatened with losing his kid but had the gall to share it with the world.
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

They wouldn't give their names, be photographed, accused him of being guilty, and they threatened to come back after getting a warrant.

This Evan Nappen atty. seems like a good guy to have in your contacts. Got me thinking I wouldn't mind having a local gun loving atty. on my speed dial, juuuuuuust in case.

Re: New Jersey gun owner;
If they had grounds enough to convince a judge to issue a warrant, they would have showed up with it in hand. It was a fishing expedition, plain and simple. It is absolutely astounding how many of these so-called "cases" start just this way, and how many people have the right to remain silent, but lack the ability.jackalo626 wrote:They wouldn't give their names, be photographed, accused him of being guilty, and they threatened to come back after getting a warrant.

Do we have a local attorney like that? I have always wondered about that.
