yeah, they claim they need it for training. First off I believe most of it is HP ammo...you don't usually train with the good stuff. Secondly, they have enough for every agent to shoot WAY more than is necessary for "training"

Law Enforcement typically trains with what they shoot. May be different for small departments, but DHS has deep pockets (ours).

I know for a fact they shoot hp's at the range and shoot exactly what they carry to qualify yearly. I also know for a fact that the back of a dhs SUV cargo area would put even the most prepped ammo hoarder to shame.
