MacBook Pro broke
The wife was given this MacBook Pro. Owner did not know anything about computers and possibly did something so it will never turn on. I don't know anything about Apple computers, just mobile. What can I do to bring up if it's even worth fixing

Crashed Harddrive would be my guess. But I know almost next to nothing about Apples.
Replacing a HDD should be the same as in any laptop, but you're going to need the restore disks to reimage the new drive. If it's the harddrive of course.
Hear any clicking sounds when you power it up?

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Re: MacBook Pro broke
No sounds like something broke inside. I have done the process to restore the HDD, but still just goes back to the white screen with the logo and loading circle. Think I might try to take it to the Apple Store, second thought that place will be crazy right now.

Performed this. How long should I wait? It has been doing the circle load for 2 hours.
