Game Factor Review

This place sucks raw ass!
I dropped some serious $$ at this place buying my sons Xbox One/ extra controllers/ adapters and games right before and after Christmas.
Tonight my sons microphone adapter died. I thought OK no problem, I still have the receipt and we just bought this one week ago.
I take the adapter back and show it to the guy behind the counter. He grabs the phone and disappears for 10 minutes. He walks out from the back and tells me he talked to the owner of Game Factor and he said they have a 7 day return policy and it has been 8 days since my purchase. He then tells me I can send it to Microsoft ( I pay S&H of course) and they will replace it.
Needless to say I had some words about their policy before I walked out.
Just an FYI for any gamers out there.
