FYI: I broke mine when I took my phone out of the otter box to clean it and swap sd card.....(I have a Droid) somehow I set the otter box in my computer chair and forgot I had and I sat on it, breaking some of the clips that hold it together.....I called the number on the box, they ask for model number, my cell phone number and address....5 minutes on the phone and a new one was on its way.....within 5 minutes of hanging up I got a confirmation email saying my new box was being shipped etc.....within 2 days I came home and new otter box was sitting at front door......point of all that was to say you might be better served to call them....

I need to have mine replaced. It looks like hell after a year but has completely protected my phone. Anyone want to give up their contact info?

They are pretty rugged. However I've switched to the Lifeproof case, just as rugged and it's waterproof to 2 metres.

Also, if you bought your Otterbox's at AT&T we have a 1 year warranty on shit, so just take it back to the store if you break it. As long as you're not a dick we generally swap it straight out.

+1 for Otterbox.
I had the holster clip on mine break, and it was my fault.
I contactaced their Customer Service and asked about purchasing another clip and they sent me a hole new replacement Otterbox kit for free!

I need to get my otter box for my HTC Evo back from my sister. Got her first real nice phone with her own money and I gave her the case trying to help out. She dropped her phone the next day and it saved it. 3 days later I dropped my phone and wasnt so lucky.
