Two pork loins on the grill, temp @ 300-325 degrees. Glaze with sweet n sour sauce repeatedly (every five minutes or so), as you turn the meat. I used almost a whole bottle by the time I was done, can't use too much. Was a bit worried about drying the loins out with so much turning, but it worked out great, juicy! Cook for 45 minutes or so, can't remember exactly. About 10-15 minutes before taking off heat, place pineapple rings along length of loins, and throw a few extras on the grill by themselves.
Served with a green salad made with peach vinagrette, roasted almonds, and dried peach bits sprinkled on along with a loaf of french bread. "Light" meal for a hot day, was a hit with the family and was something a bit different.
Another healthy grill idea!

Oh yeah made some banana splits for the crew after they helped clean up the shrapnel from prepping dinner.

Try grilling pineapple rings. Coat rings in cinnamon sugar and grill till sugar melts and browns, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Guaranteed hero status.
Oh, how so high they fly........ only further to fall.
