Strip roast and corn. Costco sells shucked corn in 8 packs. It's delicious.

Phase 1: Make Sauerkraut
Phase 2: Make Pastrami
Phase 3: Well, phase 3 comes at dinner tomorrow. Add some pumpernickel rye, thousand island, and some baby swiss and toast that baby on the Blackstone for the hopefully epic Reubens.

I’ve seen it at both Costco & Sam’s lately but haven’t bought one yet. Been waiting to get settled into my new routine.

Trackside Butcher in Campbellsburg. Crestwood meats usually have them also. It was awesome!Marcus wrote:Nice. I dry brined it and smoked it whole on the Kamado at 300° until it hit 180°. I took it off and bumped it up to 425-450° while I cut it up and rolled it in BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Threw it back on in "foil boat" for close to 30min to caramelize. It was a little higher temp than I normally do pork belly 215ish when I took it off. I normally take it off at about 200-205°. Whenever the thermometer probe slides in with near zero resistance. Like room temp butter.

Re: What did you cook today?
Have yet to find an easier and tastier healthy meal than this sheet pan stir fry. We have this like once a week.
