Vortex Optics A+ CS

Just wanted to brag on the excellent customer service offered by Vortex Optics. I purchased new, an original Crossfire 4-12X40AO recently at a very good price. I tried to sight it in but the windage dial would stop adjusting the crosshair, never could bring it far enough to the right. Anyways I packed it back up & sent it in for repair. No receipt or proof of purchase needed, just included their RA form.
They received it on Thursday last week and this morning I received a call from one of their reps saying mine couldn't be repaired & she had 5 replacement scopes to choose from. Two of the older models, much higher powered w/ 30mm tubes (she was going to throw in a pair of 30mm rings too) or three options from the Crossfire II series. I opted for a new model 6-18x44AO & they are shipping it back out today.
So anyone on the fence about Vortex or in the market for a new scope don't hesitate, they will stand by their products.

I have a vortex 4-12x40 scope and it has held up great. Never had to deal with their CS but if i ever do this gives me good feelings about it.

They are great, called and tried to order a mount that I was missing. They sent it for free plus an extra battery.
