A ZEROED, FUNCTIONAL weapon. If you zero at 50m you don't necessarily have to rezero at 25y for the course, but you'll still confirm your zero. Try not to show up not on paper at 25y or with a weapon that hasn't been fired before.
WATER AND FOOD. Twice as much water as you think you'll need. Someone will forget. Food that can be eaten quickly in small amounts. Granola bar, almonds, etc.
Extra essential parts (a complete BCG should be good) or an extra complete gun
Lube (for the gun)
Support gear (chest rig, belt, etc.) that you have ALREADY FITTED AND DONE DRY RUNS WITH.
Electronic hearing protection makes hearing commands much easier.
Twice as many magazines as you think you'll need. It's handy to have extra magazines to load so you'll never be behind.
Knee/elbow pads in case you need them. You probably won't need them, but if you do you'll reeaally want them.
A bipod that can be quickly attached for zeroing. This prevents wasting time trying to find a suitable rest for the 12 shooters that didn't think this far ahead. If you don't have a bipod use your range bag, or a pack, or whatever you have but do a dry run at home. Don't be that guy that walks up to the firing line to find out the range bag he planned to use as a rest is too short and his magazine is too long. If half the morning is spent for one or two guys to zero their rifles, those guys are wasting every student's time and money.

Gear belt with holster, 3 pistol mag pouches, 2 ar mag pouches, a dump pouch, and a front zip pouch for shotshells or possibles. Duffle bag with ammo, ears, eyes, water, extra mags, first aid, cleaning kit, some tools.

That's normally the case most of the time with many shooters and their weaponsjackalo626 wrote:I've had many malfunctions, but not my guns luckily haha.DDgunslinger wrote:True story, and I wasn't even counting your sling malfunction hahahahajackalo626 wrote:FAKE! !!!!! Hahaha. I BET that's a mod edit. It used to be something about a rifle course description that looked like an ad.
