Savage MkII clip/collar

Anyone have any idea on where to find this little clip/collar that holds in the ejector, extractor, and firing pin? A kid at my work f'ed his Savage up and I got the pieces fixed, but his collar has no spring tension left and won't extract the spent round. If I use the clip off my Mk bolt it functions just fine now. I bend his in, slide it back over his bolt and it just rattles around and doesn't spring back tight like it should. Only one I see googling it is this $109 kit in Australia...
