I have to agree. But it's hard better a smith. Or even a Ruger for a cheaper option.

I can't say much about Kimbers, I only ever owned one and it was entry level (Custom II). It was an accurate pistol, about all I can say. I doubt their revolvers will blow my hair back but still want to see what they think they've invented.

I have nothing personal against them. I just think there's better options for the money. My first suppressor experience was with a Kimber 1911 and a Osprey. I've shot a few others and never found one I liked enough for the price. Not saying I didn't like any of those.
