Ruger SP101 aftermarket front sight options???

Post by BK Meyers » Sat Mar 29, 2014 6:23 pm

Looking for a set of aftermarket fiber optic front sights to fit a Ruger SP101.

I recently picked up a set of HiViz fiber optic front sights for a GP100 and really like them. A quick search of the internet brought up a limited selection of SP101 sights from Meprolight and Trijicon. Not really what I'm looking for.

I did find a Frankfort, Ky. based company called Gemini Customs that appears to make/market a fiber optic front sight for the SP101:

Anyone ever heard of this business??

Thanks,
BK

Bonus points if you know what GTO was an abbreviation for? Not fair to do a search.

By all accounts Gemini Customs is *the* place for custom work on Ruger revolvers.

Gran Turismo Omologato (Grand Tourer Homogolated).

I thought you may have meant good-to-go but was unsure if you were using an acronym to describe the Gemini Customs sight.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like I'll give Gemini Customs a call.
