100 years later and what once was old is new again

1911 we go from "anemic" .38s to .45. Then we go to 9mm (not too different from a .38) and now back to .45 in basically the same weapon as before

At $5625 per gun I think we could have done a little better. Looks like an improvement from the M9.

It won't be $5,625 per gun. They will get the 4,000 guns, plus close to ten mags per gun, grips, springs, small parts, replacement barrels, slides and frames, etc. and will probably be sourced with a light also.

And they need someone to teach them how to use them. That is probably half the cost right there for marines.

yes- it was a secret weapon until they had to use it on the Decepticons in the last movie. Now all the terrorists and aliens know we have it.
