Re: Did anyone see this Taurus video?
I noticed something odd with my glock last night at the range. It's a gen 3 glock 19 all stock ( other than sights) and when I have the slide locked back and insert a mag with authority ( not like a girl lol) when it engages all the way the slide will automatically go forward and chamber a round.
None of my other glocks have done this. Any ideas?

All Glocks do it if you hit the mag at 45 degree it will release the slide. My 19 did it. My HK does it.

Every glock I've owned does this.
All 3 different Glocks I've had did also. I always smack them in pretty hard.

Maybe that's how all the accidental shootings in the west end happen. They point the gun & start talking smack while getting animated with their hand gestures & it just goes off.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

I tried my HK p30 and my HK USP tac after work and they both do it as well.
I never noticed it until I saw this thread.
