Happy Birthday
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Happy Birthday Chuck!!!
It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. - Daniel WebsterMexican Kerry wrote:Except for Viv. Re: Happy birthday Wyldman!
Thank you all. It was a very eventful and exhausting day as we are preparing to make the move to Texas. I did receive a wonderful birthday present from 4 of our members, Tyler, Marcus, Cranky, & last, but certainly not least, Gunsmokin'. The 4 of them came over and helped start loading the truck, which I would never have been able to accomplish nearly as much by myself in the time available. My gratitude to them all is beyond words, thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
It ain't over, yet, though. Much loading and a little packing us still yet to be done.
Any volunteers to help, please feel free to come by Fri to help put done to this deal.

Re: Happy birthday Wyldman!
If I need help on Sat. we're in trouble, because Sat we need to make it to Little Rock to stop for the night. Even though we own two homes, after Fri. night, we are without a place to sleep.
I do appreciate your offer, knowing that you would if you could. Thank you!

Well, safe travels to you.
I'm on "mom duty" this week by myself while my brother and sister-in-law are out of town so my days are pretty tied up. Sorry to miss all the fun.

How late will you be needing people today? I don't get off until 18:00 but I could do it after that.Wyldman wrote:Thank you all. Be sure and watch out for your truck if you stay overnight somewhere. People have been known to target those moving and break in to the rental trucks. I always stayed on the ground floor and parked the truck right outside the door with the roll up facing my door. Safe travels!

Re: Happy birthday Wyldman!
I did think of that, and have my little friend and his longer friend handy, just in case it/they are required. I don't get a lot of sleep any way, but I doubt I'll sleep at all when we stop for the night (16+ hrs in a vehicle is way more than I can do).
