Thought for a while there Hitlary had deleted another server.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

You seen how easy they get caught when they do and how hard it is to even track down dad's that owe child support....they aren't what we make them out to be. That being said: I for one have no issue with them and think they are just the best...lol.

The Jefferson County Attorney's office used to have a young lady that work very hard at skip tracing delinquent parents. She was very good at it and the detectives were not happy when she left
