As of Tuesday military is qualified. Active duty or reserve. Pretty sure no veterans either.
FYI its open to the entire FNH line though the ps 90 is the most discounted one.

They told me several weeks ago that they were getting 5 in during the next week. I am sure they came and went fast. I did ask them about first responders and they said yes at that time. I would imagine military would be the same.
