This is a RARE find! This is a 1907 Winchester Police Texas Ranger Presentation gun.

This is a great looking 1907 Winchester in the RARE police configuration. This has fixed sights and sling swivels along with the large magazine release. The barrel is 20 inches long, chambered in 351 cal, with a PERFECT bore.

This rare firearm was the property of Jack Dean. Mr Dean is one of only SIX men to be both a Texas Ranger and US Marshall. This fine weapon was presented to him in 1974 by Mcallen Police Chief, Clint Mussey to honor him for service in that part of Texas. Ranger Dean is one of the most honored Rangers of the 20th century.

Cool gun, but probably a little rich for my budget.
