The Bushmaster M17S reborn as the vastly improved M17S556
For those unfamiliar with the M17S it was a design that came from Australian that was picked up by Bushmaster in the 90s to be sold in the US but only after Bushmaster made some changes to the design that horrified Charles St. George who was the original designer back in the 80s. Well to make a long story short Bushmaster's FUBARed version had some issues at say the lease. Bushmaster decided to drop the design a while back and this is where K&M comes in, first by providing upgrade parts and modifying existing rifles but now producing their very own vastly improved (by all accounts) version and is the only all metal bullpup currently produced that I'm aware of.
BTW: They show 308, 300BK, and 6.5 versions up and coming.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

It has the bullpup flaw that in but a few select cases, eliminates the bullpup from any serious use. The guys face lays directly on the ejection port if fielded from the left. For many this is a non issue , and to tell you the truth I have not had a single situation where I had to shoot off the left , but I dont want to give the ability up either.

Of the the bullpups I have the only ones that can't be shot left handed are the
M17S
AK - lose some teeth you will, but it's a conversion so it doesn't count in my book
Kushnapup - same as above
The rest
Designed to shot left or right out of the box with zero issues
FS2000 - forward eject
RFB - ditto
KSG - downward eject
PS90 - ditto
Can be shot left with little to no issues.
Tavor - also comes in a dedicated left hand model plus can be converted one way or the other with a bolt switch.
Can be switched in seconds to left or right
Appeal
G22
Takes about 60 seconds with a bolt switch
MSAR
BTW: All new bullpups I've seen coming up, which is quite a few, are designed for left or right hand shooting out of the box so it's an issue the designers have decided to tackle on new designs,

You know , you are right! More and more the bullpup is being made to shoot both left or right on the fly, I guess we or I am at the moment when there might be more that can be shot from either side and less of the right or left only. Guess im getting older .....Blahh
