I have read up on it some ... and the 'cheep' version that Remington has come up with (the Remington 2020 was featured in NRA's Rifleman a couple months ago)

Well tracking point make sniper obsolete?
Putting a bullet at the ten ring is a small part of sniper craft.
The main thing is the hiding part.

Chey-Tec builds a computer /rifle system.

Tracking Point is a latest wiz -bang gee oh sucks tech-bang.

It will replace nothing, just a new tool.

Snipers are often thought of as one shot one kill shooters first but in reality they are their to gather intel forward of the friendly lines or call in artillery and act as a forward obsorver so no this will not replace them.
