So no go is almost a go? did I see that right?
What has to be corrected if you chamber too deep? do you Shorten Breechface, and barrel mounting shoulder equal to pitch of barrel thread inserted one more revolution, or is barrel ng if that happens?

So the difference in battery and out of battery is small about 3degree throw.
Chamber cut too deep = new barrel.

One day I will have another M1 Garand...kicking myself for selling the last one...and an M1A
