What is this?

I picked up this bolt rifle (not my forte!) with Arabic writing all over it.I guess its Arabic?There are no import markings at all that I can find.The gun overall is fairly long with a bayonet.The wood is in great shape and smooth,i think a coat of laquer maybe?I think it is 8mm mauser and it has the straight bolt handle.What can you tell me about it?

Looks like an Egyptian Mauser to me. Only other one I seen was at Uncle Milties Pawn Shop years ago. Maybe a M48BO?

I believe it to be Persian. If OAL is 49.2" it is a 98/29.
Cutting grass is the price I gladly pay for not being cold.
