From the article I read, they donated money to receive exemption from the required state licensing.

Have you considered making a Colonel holster for the Ruger LCR? I just ordered a Colonel holster for my J-frame yesterday and then went out and bought a LCR 9mm today. I'd like to get a holster for it as well.
The gun is a tool, you are the weapon.

I appreciate the order, but the future doesn't look good for a LCR holster.
