Need to fill out 4473 for lower receiver ... so need KY DL and CCDW or NICS check
No substitutions or changes please... However, I do have mid-length 16" barrels with 1:7 twist available for an additional $15.00 (includes changes for mid-length gas system ... gas tube and forearm (if needed))
