Cool idea for a thread. Do you skip the carbs in the am because you work nights? Or do you limit carbs all the time?
I have to admit, working 12 hour swing shift plays hell with my diet. I struggle to stay awake and alert when I go too low on carbs or try to stay off caffeine.

Hey, tried to support the new sub forum some

I eat 6 times a day and try to not do carbs for half of them. The other half is usually fairly normal meal stuff like a burger, pasta, burrito, etc...and three meals like that is plenty of carbs for me.

And its less than 6 TEASPOONS of sugar in a Clif bar. One teaspoon =4g of sugar. So I ate about 5 teaspoons of sugar.

I'll live another day!
