That's the beauty of a AMD, barrel already 12 inch. Just remove muzzle break. GTG!

I like the look of that break Nemo, if I wasn't gonna SBR the AMD I would go the same route probably

The Aimpoint mounts to the rail system itself. It's a pretty slick set up.Toddinlou wrote:DD, what sort of mount are you using for the aimpoint?

You guys are making me want one.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

The AMD is a fun platform for the reasons stated above. SBR just by getting a tax stamp and break the weld on the muzzle break. There's also kits to go to a full stock.

The 4 inch hollow tube on the end of the barrel doesn't bug me $200 worth.Toddinlou wrote:The AMD is a fun platform for the reasons stated above. SBR just by getting a tax stamp and break the weld on the muzzle break. There's also kits to go to a full stock.

Too long, needs more supressor and the sooner you can oust the coat hanger you're using for a stock the better....
