The brainchild behind this is a YouTube "celebrity" known as the AKGuy. Before that, he put out quite a few amateur videos as "Backwoods Arsenal". He never really struck me as the most knowledgable gun guy, much less someone capable of coming up with a working design. It seems like vaporware to increase his views. I would be really surprised if this ever came to fruition. And if it does, you'd better get one big ass cheek riser.
