Looking at buying my first AK
I am thinking about buying my first AK. I don't know much about AKs. But I like the looks of a Century Romanian under folder like this one.
Any thoughts?

The Yugo underfolders are nice as well.
A bit pricey example but first I came too. Just posted for the pic.

Re: Looking at buying my first AK
Just wanted to clarify a point I was trying to make. I said most sidefolders were easily changed to traditional stocks. This is true for Romanian side folders.
As I understand it, the Hungarian AMD side folder is not easily interchanged with say a wood stock. The AMD rear trunnion won't accept a standard AK butt stock without modification.
They are sweet shooters though. Just wanted to be clear for OP.
