I've purchased several of these from APEX before and they all cleaned up real nice. Of the 15 I've got, none has given me any trouble for fit or function. They may look a little rough when first unwrapped, but they do clean up nicely. On the one occassion I got one that was too questionable to accept (rusted through in a couple of places, probably would have worked, but I was being picky), APEX was happy to replace it, no questions asked.
