Leupold MKIV CQ/T. Now to decide whether I keep this or the Accupoint on the AR. Both have nice mounts (ARMS and LaRue, respectively) and are variable power, with nice glass.

Even if you max the PT test (PFT/PRT/etc) being fat makes your service look bad IMO. When I see a Marine/soldier/etc that is obviously fat, I don't ask them what their PT score was, I just think to myself how bad they look no matter what their MOS. Not trying to piss anybody off, just being honest.

I would have definitely stopped them and gave them a good talking to. I won't go down range to check targets at the local range unless every rifle has the chamber showing clear one way or another. If someone doesn't (i.e. bolt forward) I have no problem asking them to do so. Range safety is everyone...
