Not anymore Dave. Trades glock 21 mags, holsters, ammo really pretty open as long as it's something I can use of about the same value

Re: Nikon d50 with 18-55

Camera is an older model that I have used for work for a few years taking pictures of businesses and equipment. No problems with it and the battery holds a charge well. A quick google search says it was sold 05-06 and so that's probably about right.

cool, thanks guys- I'll be checking with those suggested....I don't know which is the bigger scam going; the tire stores or the mattress stores... tires don't have the margin in them you would think. Name brand. Tires like Michelin are almost not worth selling given the margins. Alignments and serv...

Re: Who drives a Kahr?

Good gun. I had one for a while. It's shot really nice. Ended up selling it to buy a M&P full size. The Kahr was the best out there for the price but the XDs and Shield have taken the single stack market over. When you can find them in the $300 range they are tough to beat on the used market.

Re: School bans grade of ZERO as it is 'overly negative'

This post reminds me of a C++ class I had at UofL. Teacher spoke very little English and had a heavy accent. If she didn't like what you turned in you recieved a negative grade. Imagine how a -40 impacts a grade. Two people passed that class both spoke her language.

Re: What model holster was it that defeted the Boston bomber

Likely a Safariland ALS holster. Very popular holsters that are a BITCH to get the gun from if you aren't the one wearing it. Very smooth and easy draw from them after some practice. http://www.nevesuniforms.com/images/products/productSafariland6367_LGlarge.jpg I like the design of the ALS series j...

Re: College :-)

Ugh trig and calc (too many) wouldn't want to do any of those again. It took a lot of work but it was worth it in the end. Even in business courses there was plenty of applications for calc. Mostly derivatives. Don't try to take the easy way out if they are actually used in the 300 and 400 level cou...
