You don't need a CLEO signature. You need need to send a completed copy of the form 1 to CLEO to serve as notification. So that is covered under 41F but they still have the spot on the form, do I just leave blank? I just don't want to have to send in something wrong and then get moved to the back of the line.

I am about to start the Form 1 to get my tax stamp, eForms on ATF website pulled Form 1 so it looks like my option is paper. What is the likely hood of Louisville CLEO approving my request and about how long does that usually take. This form is all greek to me. Any help welcomed.
