I've been thinking the same.

It's very addicting! I started with one for target shooting / trainer and boom I converted my 17MACH2 to a light weight .22.
A lot of fun and all of the parts are interchangeable.

Re: The Rimfire Rifle Pic Thread

I took a road trip down to Whittaker's yesterday, with a pit stop to meet JustShootIt and sell my Savage FV-SR. Since I had gun-money burning a hole in my pocket now, and I was short a bolt action .22, I got a Ruger American Rimfire. It uses 10/22 mags, so I figured why not. Turns out to be a mista...

CST 10/22 Titan Build- Lightweight

I decided to order a Custom Shooting Technologies Titan receiver in black and transform my Volquartsen 17MACH2 build into a lightweight .22. I am keeping the Volquartsen trigger and McMillian stock. The VQ is a great trigger. Sticking with the Simmons 3-9 scope for the time being, a good scope, but ...

CST Titan 10/22 Build - WoodStock

Hello all, This has been a very exciting build to say the least. I have not shot consistently in years. I have spent my time behind a bow and I have really enjoyed it. I built a few AR’s, but it seemed to be a waste since I was only putting holes in paper and shooting at 100 yards or less. As a atte...

Pearson, Bear, Samick, Hoyt all seem to be good choices. Bow shoots sound like a lot of fun, that won't be on my radar for a while.

Re: Takedown Recurve Bow

Great replies and info guys. Exactly the information I was looking for. Sounds like you all love shooting your recurves and they have a long life. My current compound is a Hoyt Spyder. Since I started shooting it I really only bow hunt now. For me it's a lot more rewarding, challenging and personal ...
