Possible Glock FBI contract info?
Just found a post on Reddit discussing the newly developed handguns that Glock is manufacturing for the FBI contract. We already know that there are no pistols in Glock's current lineup that fit the specs requested in the FBI's RFP. You can read more about this here: http://www.thefirearmblog.com/bl...

I didn't mean to derail the thread with a Corbin meet. 9mil on here is a board member for the range and has talked with the other members and President at the board meeting tonight. We are going to work out the details and I'll open a new thread when I have more info. You guys continue to plan one ...

Re: Remington 700 in 338 Lapua
The chassis he bought is the AI Arctic Warfare. I think he's changed his mind now that I've passed along this info. Probably gonna drop the money on the complete rifle and just swap them over.guncrank1 wrote:http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... =484942760

Re: Remington 700 in 338 Lapua
I don't know what you mean as "next to impossible to find 700s in .338 Lapua for a decent price." and what price point is "decent"? You can buy a whole rifle for like 1500 to 1800 (savage or maybe remy). Seems like the way to go if chassis are 800. I believe that I made the mistake of comparing the...

Re: Remington 700 in 338 Lapua
Sorry but 700 are not a tinker toy like a AR-15 If you bought a 700 action , you would need a barrel vise and action wrench , .338 go and no go gauges, a rougher and finish reamers ( or a finishing if you bought a threaded and short chambered barrel), a tap wrench to turn the wrench. Or a metal lat...

Remington 700 in 338 Lapua
Hey guys, hoping to get some help here. I know next to nothing about building custom bolt guns, so maybe you can shed some light on a few things for me. My dad is looking at building a rifle chambered in .338 Lapua. He's already purchased an Accuracy International chassis, which fits a Remington 700...

Re: 1911 Picture Thread
Kinda hard to follow up to Mexican Kerry's pic, but I'm proud of these two. And you should be. I'd like to pick up a Ruger but I'm waiting for them to release a blued one. Besides, everyone knows I just grab random pics from the net and post them here as my own! I'm interested in seeing a blued one...

1911 Picture Thread
Just picked up the Ruger SR1911 Commander. That is on my short list. Shot it much? kote job looks nice I appreciate the compliment! Took it to the range for the first time last weekend, and put 200 rounds through it. Shot well, until FTFs at about the 160 round mark. I blame it on the fresh Cerakot...

Target Stands for Sale!
I'm posting this for a family friend... He has been making these for awhile now and needs the extra money, so I thought I would help him out. He sells them for $50 unpainted and $75 painted. He does great work and can make them as soon as you order them. They stand 5' tall, and the target area is 4'...
