Costco ribeye on my new Sam’s club grill. I like it. Very sturdy & heated up quickly.

Chicken parm. Coated in flour, then an egg wash & dredged in panko bread crumbs. Pan fried & then into the oven for 10 minutes for the sauce to thicken a little. Add cheese & into the oven 5 more minutes.

Flour,egg wash & bread crumbs all has Italian seasoning added to them.

Mongolian beef. I rarely measure ingredients so these are just guesstimates. I could have probably used a little more garlic & soy & a little less ginger. Had some leftover cream cheese from Xmas. Decided to try and smoke it. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually do one sweet & another savory.

Jalapeño rings filled with cream cheese. Marinated backstrap wrapped in bacon & sprinkled with bbq blend seasoning. May add just a little bbq sauce drizzled over them.

Wagyu Denver steak & potatoes.

Taters, onions & sausage fried in lard. Still cooking to get some good brown edges.
