Re: Both these guys didn't do us any favors...

I don't deal with mainstream media as a gun buisness owner You seem like you have a good head on your shoulders which is unlike most of the gunshop guys I've met. On one hand, having someone like you speak to them seems like a good idea because you know what's up. But they have the power to edit an...

Re: Both these guys didn't do us any favors...

This guy is an idiot...and I'm not talking about Piers. Piers is not an idiot. After shooting the browning and wiping the smile off his face,Piers said, "Why would anyone want, wan, need...Why would anyone need one of these?" He knew it was fun...but had to concentrate to make it scary.

Re: CNN Explains: The 2nd Amendment

Why do these idiots from this country forget how this country was gained it's independence? I really think it should mandatory for every citizen to watch the movie "The Patriot" ever year. Yes I know its not completely accurate, but it was a big budget movie with good actors, is entertaining, and po...

Re: Obama Caught In Bald-Faced Lie On Sequester

Ha ha...I looked up bald faced lie vs. bold faced lie. According to the one internet source I read (has to be true, right?) it originated as bald faced lie. I have heard the term sequester but I really don't understand it. All I know is that it means something like "to hide." What are they talking a...

It won't make a difference until it is companies like Colt, S&W, Glock, Springfield, Sig, H&K and they stop selling to LEO and Military as well.

Re: 48 inch barrel shotgun

It's kind of cool to see one of these again. My dad had one in the 90's. He bought it from some guy that lived just outside of Henryville, IN. I'm not sure who made it but the barrel was bare. It wasn't blued or anything. It was a fun novelty for a while. I'm not sure what happened to it. I think he...

Re: Several States trying to 'one-up' each other on gun laws

Technically they aren't coming to get guns. And that is the why they feel comfortable saying that. Just like Romney said he didn't want to raise taxes...but take away deductions instead. So they won't be coming to take your guns, they'll be coming to take the Missouri citizen...to jail.

Re: Solar phone charger observations

Would you suggest leaving something like this on the dash of your vehicle or perhaps a boat so if you get stranded with no power, the battery would have been charging the whole time its sitting there? Seems like if you wait until your phone is dead to start charging the solmate, its going to be inef...

I read all that and everything on their website. I just can't find why they were tested the first time. They only mention that it was a mishandled test from California.

Re: Okay, why the **** did gas just jump 52 cents today?

Take the bus?!?! Now that's funny. Have you ever rode the bus here in Louisville? What a joke? When I drive, I am gone for 10 hours. If I ride the bus it adds at least 2 hours to my day because it is so inefficient. And that is assuming that its running on time. This is without any transfers. I'm st...

Re: Next up, ski mask ban

When I was in highschool they banned hoodies. Maybe DC will ban hoodies and aviator sunglasses too since so many people seem to be using those during robberies. And while we're at it, let's ban cars because they help these bandits get away faster. Nobody really needs a car. They allow people to trav...

Re: Pastor leaves no tip

I just want to clarify that I'm not saying that ALL people that go to church never tip. What I'm saying is that it is observed that the difference between tips for Saturday lunch & Dinner and Sunday Lunch is huge even though the restaurants are full on both days.

Re: Pastor leaves no tip

Here is the way I see it. A church group of at least 8 gathers at Applebees for some coffee and fellowship. They stay for an hour or 2 while the server refills coffee (performance and attitude was never mentioned from what I saw). This explains the low subtotal on the bill. The Pastor obviously wasn...

Re: Nice Louisville headline

I looked at the poll results and I would hardly conclude that "MANY" of the gun control measures are supported. They really didn't ask many specific questions about gun control and the percentages weren't staggering. I think most of the results were actually in favor of guns protecting citizens. But...
